My homepage nav has a transparent background and links are in white. when I change to another page it becomes black, but when I hover on the links, it turns white, I don’t know what happened. I want to keep it black when I hover it. can you please help me? Thank you so much in advance

Hi, I’m using the theme Beyond 4.0.
I cant find the base.css file in my theme editor
