I have contacted the Support centre, but it’s been two months The issue has not yet been resolved.

There might an account issue going on or problem with your theme. Have they provided you any insights that might be causing this? If you recently made any update on your theme coding, I highly suggest that you remove it first as it might caused your checkout page to crash or double check your payment method if they are working correctly.
