How can I fix nested iterations issue in my code?

This is my code:

{% for option in item.variant.options %}
{% for variantName in item.product.options %}

{{ variantName }}: {{ option }}

{% endfor %} {% endfor %}

It is currently displaying:

What can I do to fix this?

I want to see:

Couleur: blanc 1802

Tissu: 100% coton

Taille: 100x200cm
