How can I fix product thumbnail and swatch issues on my store theme?

Help Me Guys! I have some problem with my store theme, and will need some advise:

  1. There is duplication of products options as you can see from image above: one is the drop down, one is the column selection.

I want to remove the drop down. I want user to choose the product from the bottom column.

  1. My Swatch is not showing according to my product thumbnail which i have set.

Anyway i can fix this? is this with the theme issue?
