I may have messed up the banner text color, whenever I implement code to change the banner color nothing works, I think something is messed up, in the code for the image banner, I would like it to be a dark blue. If someone can help it would be so nice, I have tried everything so at this point it is almost safe to assume the code has an error I can not identify properly somewhere!
I also would like to have a transparent text box around the text on mobile and desktop!
