When potential customers click on the cart there is a lag from anywhere from 2 to 15 seconds. It’s costing me customers. My understanding this is a problem on the Shopify end. Who do I contact to get this corrected? The sites are:

I understand how important it is for your customers to access the cart page. I had tested this issue on my device and noticed a 3-5 second delay when a customer clicks on the Cart dropdown, and selects Checkout. Have you made any changes to your theme or installed any apps recently? If so, I’d suggest restoring your theme file to revert the changes, or disabling any apps that may affect this.
