How can I fix the collection banner image size for mobile viewing?

I would like to update the Collection Page banners to be the exact size of the image I add to the collection page and not adjust with mobile. 3120x1251 is the image size we would like to use or any at that ratio. We also do not want the collection banner to adjust to mobile.

The full image is this size but the image that is shown is the page snip above. I would like the full image to show and also not adjust or crop on mobile.
