I need some help! So I just launched my page www.phynixfire.com and I’m having a problem. If you click on the shop drop down on the header of the page and select either Aroma [therapy] or limited edition gift and more, it brings you to a page that says,
No products found
Use fewer filters or remove all
The only way to have products come up, is to click the remove all link and they all appear. All the other pages work, as well as if you were to scroll down on the home page and click on the photos off either collection. What did I do wrong?
I also need some advice. If you go to the Luxe Experience Collection the stone vessels are suppose to come with one free Luxe Experience scent in the glass how can I either better word that or is there a way I can put a drop down or a pop up to another page that would just show the glass scents making them choose one so that it would come out of my inventory just as if they were to have purchased a glass scent without purchasing a new vessel. The idea here is that I want to do refills to put into the stone vessels but I will give the first one free.
