How can I fix the incorrect tracking information issue?

Does anybody have a solution for the ‘wrong tracking’ issue? I have seen this several times in the forum but the only solution I can see is to provide the tracking URL which obviously looks bad to the customer.

It seems unbelieveable that Shopify would leave such a glaring issue unresolved but I can’t find an answer.

Has anybody managed to resolve this?

I can totally understand your concern. If you are open to using shipping solutions, I will suggest you take a look at Shopify Multi Carrier Shipping Label App . The app automatically send live order tracking updates to customers via email as soon as the tracking status is updated by the shipping carrier.
