How can I fix the recurring 500 Internal Server Error?

I am the shipper at my job and this seems to be a consistent error that comes and goes. I already cleared my cache, cookies, and history. It’s become a little frustrating. Is there anything anyone can do to help me out to continue doing my job. Thank you in advance!

What are you doing at the time? Is this from the Admin? Storefront? API? Not a lot to work on here but a little more context might get us closer.

It started back working by the time you responded. I don’t know what happened but at around 4pm central time it started back working. Thanks for the consideration though.
