How can I fix the RTL arrows direction issue on mobile menu?

i have used this code to change website to RTL and it works fine my only problem is arrows direction didnt reverse especially on mobile main menu its really annoying and i have tried much

Follow these Steps:

  1. Go to Online Store
  2. Edit Code
  3. Find theme.liquid file
  4. Add the following code just above tag

thanks for your respond i really appreciate it worked but when i go to submenu it should reverse but it didnt and when i try to switch language to english it became wrong if u can help me to change arrows to + and - i think will be easier
