How can I fix the 'sold out' issue for certain product variants?

Hi Everyone,

So I was making a product listing that involves variants, I am having a problem making one of the variants. So I have a range of sizes for the sheds I am selling but there are some sheds that needs manual pricing for the shipping and handling so I need to tag it as SHED SIZE (Shipping not included) So I did that but the problem is it shows sold out.

To elaborate I am stuck with 12x12 Shed size The one without floor kit has the shipping price the one with a floor kit needs manual computation for shipping so here’s how I tried to do it

I entered Variants:
Size of Shed>> 12ft x 24ft , 12ft x 24ft Shipping not included

Floor Option>> Without Floor Kit, With Floor Kit

I then deleted the 12ft x 24ft With Floor Kit and the 12ftx 24ft Shipping not included Without Floor kit variants.

I entered all the price information and the SKU and when I preview it It shows Sold out for the one that has Shipping not included.

Please check variant inventory. It looks like theme JS is removing the price when the product variant is not available.

Hi @Akshay_V ,

I already checked the inventory and it is not being tracked. I also tried having that tracked and put 100 in the box for inventory but that did not help.

I really need some help with this.

If not then please contact support they will help you with this.
