How can I fix the video banner issue in my online store?

Hey

so i added a video banner to my store and when it opens, right before the video shows you can see this :prohibited: sign.

It looks unprofessional and it happens in both desktop and mobile. Is there a way to make it just load the video and that’s it? or at least maybe put a blank white instead of this :prohibited: sign for that second until it loads?
