How can I fix URL duplication causing duplicate content issues?

Hi,

I’m working through SEO optimisation on my site. I have come across duplicate content because of URL duplication with an en-us.

I’m trying to navigate my way through why it occurred and how to remove this. I can’t seem to find a straightforward answer.

Anyone know why and have any tips for fixing this?

Thanks for replying. Is this something that can be done easily in Shopify and do you know how to clean up and remove the current duplicates. Is there a Shopify App that can help?
