Hi,
I am hoping someone can please help me with my Dawn Theme.
I am using a custom liquid section to insert a video on to the home page.
This displays and autoplays perfectly on the desktop version, when I customise it in Shopify editor it also displays and autoplays perfectly for mobile view.
However, when I actually visit the website from my phone, the video is not the right size and it doesn’t autoplay, or play at all for that matter!
I have no idea how to fix this and unfortunately have no experience with code!
If anyone has any suggestions, PLEASE let me know.

Can you identify the video section in your theme liquid ? If yes, there’s just a simple but tactical input you need to implement to solve your problem.

You can see when you open this link in the desktop the video is formatted correctly and autoplays.
If you open this on a mobile device, the video appears much smaller and doesn’t even play at all!
