How can I flag a customer's card to prevent future chargebacks?

Hello, I have a customer that has placed a large order and has now replaced a chargeback with no communication.

To potentially avoid such a thing in the future I was wondering if there is a way to flag their card or account to get a special notification or block them from ordering in the future?

Unusually, you are given the option to fight the chargeback. There should be a notification at the top of your admin page. Typically these are drop shipping scams (the user orders product with stolen card and has the product shipped to their customer). So banning their card wont typically do anything in these situations. You will almost never have someone repeat a purchase with the same card because if it is a stolen the card it will get reported, if it isn’t stolen, then they would have a very very difficult time winning another chargeback.

I often manually look at orders to check for signs of fraud but this can be pretty tedious for most people.
