How can I fully display an image on a resized password page?

So I just removed everything on my password page except the background and the page was automatically sized down by half. I have an personal image that I entered into the code and want the full image to be expressed on the password page. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The background photo is bigger than what is respresented in the password page. I cannot figure out how to get the full background image represented in the password page.
