Unwanted remnants of a third‑party app remain in a Shopify store using the Dawn theme; the merchant temporarily hid the app’s section (“unseen”), but when made visible it still appears on product pages (shown in screenshots).

I need help with my Shopify store as I believe one of the apps has not been completely removed and as a temporary solution I have made its section unseen

Maybe you haven’t completely removed the code of that app installed in your theme.liquid
You can contact that app, they will assist you.

That app’s code may be left in your theme, contact that app’s support team and they’ll help you with removing the code from your dawn theme.
Do not hesitate in getting in touch with them as they added the code, they’ll definitely help you out.
