Hello! I am working for someone who owns the Shopify account and products. She managed to get Shopify set up herself, but needs someone (me!) to do the fine tuning. She thinks she has given me access to everything except financials, however I still can’t see some of the pages she has written herself. I can’t edit the written content on the FAQ, or other pages with lots of text. I CAN edit products, themes, etc. She wants me to figure out what she needs to do to give me access.
Since I’m not on her end, I’m not exactly sure what she sees. Can someone give me the flow and tell me the correct boxes to check so that I can edit her custom pages? I’ll copy and paste this info in an email to her, and hopefully she can make the correct changes from her end.
