I purchased a Business in a Box from a third party and still don’t have access to the shop, below is what they have advised -
The Shopify Trial got expired and you have not accepted the ownership transfer because the Shopify email didn’t go through. This is a very common issue to our clients using Hotmail as their email domain. Sometimes it goes to the Spam Folder. As I said, we have to reactivate it on our end and re-transfer. Unfortunately, we have to use your billing details.
I checked my spam email and never received an email from them.
Is there a way around this without giving them my CC details?
