I am trying to find someone from shopify to call me about my website. It was put up but the person who did it and who I paid for it did not put all my items on there and I’m having difficulty getting someone to call me back. How do I get someone from shopify to call me? I greatly appreciate the feedback thank you.

That is a great question! We do not have an available phone number that we can provide. The reason for this is we will need to authenticate you for the store in question to verify you as the store owner. With that being said, you can get in touch with Shopify’s live support by logging in to your online store using the Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
