- I would like to get my refund back as soon as possible. It seems that shoppee does not review refund issues. I have paid my order for my convenience and the shop itself but it was very disappointing.

As more than 4 weeks have passed and you still haven’t received your order, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved.
