just canceled my account, need help getting refund issued
You would need to reach out to Shopify’s support team directly to request a refund.
Every link I go to for support is broken. The email listed online for help also doesn’t work.
can you please provide a working email, link, any contact to request refund?
Use the chat on the right-hand side of the page. Type something along the lines of “I would like to request a refund” … then “I want to talk to a real person” (you might need to click an option for “this didn’t help” a couple of times … and then follow the prompts to start a live chat with a Shopify employee.
