Hi there please can I have a refund for my shopify account I started it with the 14 day free trial and decided it is not for me. Please can you refund me immediately. Many thanks joanna

If you have not added a billing method or selected a paid plan you can just let your trial time out and you will not be billed for using Shopify.
If you have already been billed and closed your store down yourself shortly after, we can check to see if it would be possible to refund your most recent subscription invoice.
Just reach out by following the steps outlined here on our Help Centre to get account-specific support.
There we’ll be able to access and discuss your account with you securely and review if a refund is possible in this case.

Hi there sorry but can someone just refund my account immediately as the steps shown are horrendous and non existent. I’d really appreciate it as it was misleading for a free trial to cost over £10.
