Hi, I chose the 1 pound per month deal when I started with Shopify, then Today, It suddenly took 25 Pounds out of my bank account with no confrontation. I wasn’t aware of this and I’d like to cancel my plan and get my money back. Please Help.

If you don’t wish to continue with your Shopify store currently you can close it down yourself by following the steps given here.
Once you have done so you can reach out for account support via our Help Centre here, where we can check to see if we can refund your subscription invoice.
