Hello, I haven’t logged in this store for 3 months and was recently charged €30 for the monthly subscription, can i please get a refund and shut down this store

Since we cannot authenticate over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the billing of the store in question. With that being said, it would be best to reach out to our live support about this by navigating to the Help Center.
When you arrive on the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
