Hello, my store has been shut down and I am still being charged for the monthly fee and now my account has went into the negatives. How do I go about getting a refund for this charge?
If you are still seeing a monthly charge, then the store has not been closed successfully. To close your store, you will need to :

Login into the account.

Navigate to Settings > Plan.

Click Cancel subscription or Pause or cancel subscription.

Select a reason for the cancellation, and then click Continue.

Enter your password, and then click Close store.
Once you have, then your store will be fully closed and will remove you from active billing.
Note: If you log in and you see a pricing page, that would indicate that you have more than one store with Shopify as the pricing page only appears for closed and frozen stores.

I am having the same issue, except that I got the notification that my store in now deactivated and Shopify IMMEDIATELY took my payment anyways. So how do I contact Shopify Support to discuss my refund?
Hi Trevor I am having similar issue to this except one thing that is I got an email from shopify saying that My store is permanently closed and deleted , But I can still see that every month it’s charging 61.60 aud? will you tell help me out please?
