Hello im Kevin , Ive had an issue not with shopify itself but ive been scammed for an order of clothes. Ive ordered a pair of clothing in 12/29/22 it is now 5/24/23 and in the support format it says.

But i cannot go back to the order confirmation because the owner of the website deleted the website itself ive tried to provide links of pictures of confirmation through emails but nothing seems to work may someone please help me get a refund !

To give you some context, Shopify is a platform where merchants can come to create and host their online stores, but we do not control individual stores or their orders.
At this point it has been a while since you ordered, and so I understand that if they are not responding it can be concerning.
Since more than 30 days have already passed since your order and you still didn’t hear back, I now suggest that you go to file a complaint regarding this store here.
Another step you can take here is have a look at our buyer FAQ here and contact your bank to see if it is possible to get your money back.
