How can I get a refund for an accidental Shopify charge?

So i open my bank to send my friends money to him , and i see that I was charged $42 for the shopify plan

i TOTALLY forgot it was today! I was planning to deactivate my store right before, but i was so caught up with work!!

The worst part is the money in my balance wasnt mine, i was going to send it to my friend!!!

the plan has been active for not even a 10 hours yet! I just really need A REFUND !! Like i said the money ISNT MINE!

I understand you were recently billed for your Shopify subscription and are in the process of deactivating your store.

Prior to deactivating your store, I recommend reviewing our Pausing or Deactivating Your Store resource to ensure you’ve disabled any third-party apps and turned off auto-renewal on your domain. This will ensure you are not billed in the future.

In regard to receiving a refund, as per our Shopify Terms of Service - Section 5.10, we do not issue refunds. However, I recommend contacting our support via the Shopify Help Center, so we can review this more thoroughly.
