How can I get a refund for an inactive Shopify account?

I have open an account in shopify for learning purpose and didnot used since then. My account is also inactive but still they deduct the monthly fee.

As @Recurpay noted for you here already, if you’re looking to get support that is specific to your Shopify account you would just need to be reaching out via our Help Centre here.

There we’ll be able to access and discuss your account with you securely and see if it might be possible to request a refund review in this instance.

I’d ensure that you have correctly closed your store down first before we’d be able to look into any possibility of a refund request.
