Hi, I was overcharged 100$ on my store, and the card holder was a friend I have to pay now. Someone guide me on how to approach it. Not professional by Shopify team, hope it gets resolved.

I’m sorry to hear that you were overcharged on your store. Are you referring to your subscription and/or billing amounts for your account with us?
