Hello, I was messing around with the app and forgot to cancel my subscription… I’ve been billed for a year of subscription and I am not using the shopify app anymore, I was wondering how it would be possible for me to get that money back as it was a few hundred.

Are you looking for a refund on your Shopify subscription, or for an app you downloaded onto your Shopify account?
If you are looking for a refund on your Shopify subscription, we do not offer refunds as per our Terms of Service. I would, however, recommend getting in touch with our live Support team in order to see if an exception could be made, since you won’t be using the account. You can reach out via the Help Center where we’re available 24/7 by live chat, callback, and email!
If you’re looking for a refund on a third-party app that you downloaded from our app store, you will either want to get in touch with the app developer directly, or with us through the Help Center. I recommend checking out this guide to third-party apps which has more information!
