Hi Summer, I need help with my Shopify account. I was trying to cancel and uninstall the subscription from AutoDS & BundleBear but I can’t seem to find it on my Billing and now they have charged me alongside my monthly plan of $1. I’m not in use of their service since I created the store and would like to process a refund for it.
Please help me out, I’m still trying to figure out how to run the store and their subscriptions are too high for me. I badly need the refund for more important uses.
