How can I get a refund for an unwanted store plan upgrade?

hi, i had a store where i purchased the 1$ a month plan. my debit card was on the system, i stopped using the store and never agreed to another plan. it charged me $39.. i want a refund, i never intended for this. I dont use my store and just like that $39 gone. i had to close my whole account to just not commit to a plan? please help me, its so hard (impossible) to contact support.
