I tried Shopify but decided to go with a different platform. I closed and deleted my Shopify account. I just received an email that I have been charged for a month, and it looks like my Shopify was restored without me requesting. Can you refund me and make sure my account does not restore itself, please? And you people are very difficult to get ahold of!
