I got scammed by Omochaa and could not get a refund from them. I tried to report them but since their shop is closed, i could not access their shop or my order. Due to issues with my account, i had to set up another to make this post. i have the order # and clearly the vendor was a scam. why is shopify making it so hard to get my refund from a scam? who will help me?

im sure someone is going to recommend some already recommended solution that wont work: cant report the shop or the order because they were taken down. will someone reach out to me? other scam discussions result in shopify pushing the blame on the customer. why wont shopify help us customers? even after we get scammed by shopifys platform?
