How can I get a refund from a monthly online store subscription?

Hello,

I am looking to see if i can get a refund, even a partial refund. I was looking to expand my online store but I have had nothing but trouble with using Shopify and dont have enough time to dedicate to updating the shop. I have discovered in the almost 3 months since I’ve tried using Shopify, I have been billed for almost $400.

Is there any way to get a refund of any kind?

After visiting the link and logging in, you’ll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team.
