How can I get a refund from a Shopify subscription billing error?

I had to change my card because I do not wanted shopify to cut off any bill from my current bank account but before changing that shopify cut off the monthly billing from my bank account. Now I want a refund back as I will get into a serious problem because I need to attach another card into Shopify
