How can I get a refund from an unresponsive web designer?

Hi ,

because my Problem its still Open , i would love to Adresse this Again .

I paid The Shopify Expert Dan&Christie Design from Australia (2400 usd) to Design my online Shop and because from january until today nothing its done and i still did not get my Money back ( they are not answearing my emails ) i have to ask here what other options i have to get a refund?!

if you hired from Shopify Expert then, Shopify Sure take a legal action against this agency,

I am very sorry to hear about this situation. I can definitely understand how important it would be to have that money refunded to you if the job was not completed properly by this developer.

I have a few questions, and some information I want to share, which will help us troubleshoot this situation together.

A Shopify “Expert” is someone that has been vetted and approved for our Expert Marketplace: Hire Shopify Experts, developers, designers and freelancers.

Did you hire this partner through the Experts Marketplace page? If not, where did you hire them from?

In your previous post, you mentioned that you paid the invoice via PayPal.

Have you contacted PayPal to open a dispute? Or have you contacted the bank/credit card the payment was processed through to open a dispute?

In your last post, you were encouraged to contact our live support for additional help and to report this partner.

Did you contact live support? If yes, what is your ticket number and what information was shared with you at that time?

Please answer all the bold questions for me so that I can better help you with this situation.

I chated with James from Live Support and now i have a Ticket for this Case .

Number is 32109904

I hired the experts from the Shopify List wich is Listed in the Shopify inside.After that we comunicate private trough emails .

A Paypal Dispute was Not posible anymore , the 3 Months Deadline was gone. I have waited very Long until i Start to do something about it because i thought that they have lots of work to do and i was trying to understand.

My Intention is that if do not get my Money back , to try to protect others from them. This Situation is not ok .
