How can I get a visitor's Shopify session_id?

Hi all,

I was wondering if it is possible to get visitor’s Shopify session id when he visits the page (for example using liquid code within the theme.liquid file, using JavaScript code or maybe through cookies).

If this is possible I will glad that you will share with me how to do so.
