How can I get an amended 1099-K from a sold online store?

This is a pretty aggravating situation.

I desperately need a copy of my 1099-K from Shopify for tax year 2021.

Long story short, I sold my store in 2021 to someone and my 1099-K is clearly incorrect.

I tried emailing support@shopify.com but apparently that email address is no longer receiving messages.

I can only open a support ticket, however I sold the store so I can’t login.

I tried contacting the new owners but they are not getting back to me.

and yes this is because the IRS contacted me.

so Shopify, I need a copy of my 1099-K and it needs to be amended correctly to give to the IRS.
