Based on the screenshot you’ve shown, it looks like the error is housed on PortOne, and not on Shopify, so we wouldn’t be able to advise on what steps to take to resolve it. With that being said, the error clearly states that you need to add some payment methods to PortOne, so I recommend starting there!
