I ordered a suit from Milano Men’s Wear, and I was reaching out to them about when will they ship my order.
I ordered on February 27th and have not heard or received any response from them. What do I do now?
I understand your concern here, It seems https://milanomenswearonline.com/ does not have a dedicated page for their customers to track their orders.
You can ask them to install https://apps.shopify.com/trackorder app and this will allow them to make the order tracking page for you and then you will know where your order is.

ordered it from stated: " If you have a problem with your order contact
shopify.com.
So now are you disputing that claim.
