How can I get my iPad out of the retail stand case. It’s stuck inside it

we use the retail stand with an iPad but when we try to remove the iPad from the Outer shell it’s completely stuck. Is there any trick in removing it.

Ended up breaking it just to get my iPad back. Frustrating and costly.

I got it off! I had to slowly push it out through the speaker holes at the bottom of the iPad. It required something thin, firm, but not so pointy that it damaged the iPad. I used the top/handle of a large pair of nail clippers. Definitely not designed to be removed..

Thanks for this, at least we know it can be done. I’ve resigned myself to it staying in the case at this stage.

It took us almost two hours to dislodge the iPad from our POS stand. Customer support swore it “just slides out”. Lol. It’s not designed to come off, so be extra careful fitting the case around the tablet. We broke a plastic comb when pushing the tablet out from the vents,

Same issue here and the iPad glass is broken.

There’s a cap at the top of the iPad’s case that you can remove easily and then pull it out. This should be included in the doc, or at least I couldn’t find it easily.
