My store is located in Canada. I am wondering if there are any consortiums that negotiate collectively with UPS, FEDEX or Purolator, Canada Post for preferred rates. When I had a store in the US my FEDEX rep helped me join a consortium which significantly reduced my shipping costs.
With the increased costs of shipping I am looking for any advice on how to reduce this cost.
