How can I get Shopify to add a DKIM key for my emails?

Not sure where to post/send this so have ended up here.
I Need Shopify to add the DKIM key for emails sent via Shopify for identification and validation purpose. This is the advice from Zoho Mail.
Can a member sort this for me please?

Hi James, there are lots of us who want this but unfortunately Shopify still do not support it. I say “still” because I am hopeful that they will at some point.

It turns out that this is now available, but just a bit hidden. I’ve just authenticated our domain and confirmed that emails are being signed by our domain!

Thanks for the heads up. :+1:

Hello

I cannot see anywhere to find the DKIM record or the DMARC record.

Where do I find the records to add them to my Namecheap account for use with my G-Suite email addresses???

My email address is validated–however I still need to add these records.

Thanks

Hi @randy58 , does this help?

This didn’t help–but I finally reached Namecheap support and the DKIM is
working and now waiting for
DMARC to propagate
