You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, " Support for dawn theme " and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact our Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.

As Dawn is a Shopify created theme, the Shopify support team is who you would reach out to for theme related support.
Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access. Here’s a video showing the steps in action.
