Hi! I am opening orders on my store next week and I have said that my mailing list will be getting 24 hour early access to orders before the rest of the public (in order to encourage sign ups). How do I make this happen so that only my mailing list people can order and the general public cannot?
I was hoping that there would be a solution that doesnt involve creating new product listing only for this presale.

To open orders for certain customers I would recommend adding a password page to your online store. Then you could email the password to your mailing list so they can enter the store and place their orders. Anyone without the password would only be able to see your password landing page so they wouldn’t be able to place orders.
You can add a password to your online store following these steps here. You’ll want to go to Online Store > Preferences and then click Enable password in the Password protection area. You can change your password and add a message for your visitors here as well. You would also be able to customize this page further using the theme editor. The available customization options will depend on the theme you are using.
