Hi. Does anybody know how to stop the transfer of the domain to shopify?

Can you let me know what part of the process your domain transfer is in?
To stop the domain transfer you’ll need to go to the domain host and remove it from being pointed to Shopify. Shopify has a help guide for removing and transferring domains which has more information on this below:

Thank you. My actual provider of the domain says, that they cannot stop the transfer. And it must be done on the shopify side.

I’m wondering if waiting until the domain is transferred and then transferring it away from Shopify again could be the best next step here. The domain would only be pointing to a Shopify store and Shopify wouldn’t have any control over the domain in any way if you’ve purchased it from a third party domain provider.
