As a Shopify store owner, I have encountered an issue with an order that I have shipped out through Sendle. The customer’s payment via PayPal Express is currently marked as “pending” and “unfulfilled” on my Shopify system. Despite my efforts to contact Sendle, they are unable to assist with cancelling or redirecting the shipment. I suspect this may be fraudulent behavior from the customer.
I would appreciate any assistance that the Shopify team can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help.
